Pragmatic, persistent and diligent, with laser focus and unfaltering commitment, Solvita locks on to targets and delivers desired outcomes.
Solvita’s mandate is to conceive, implement, measure and refine cutting edge human capital programs to reveal and unleash the potential of Nexia Perth and its staff. Role responsibilities include managing human resources services, formulating and implementing strategic, tactical and operational human capital initiatives, value-adding through commercially savvy programs, cultivating a culture of organisational learning and driving high performance management.
An accomplished individual, Solvita has worked on projects for World Vision, collaborated on the European Union’s PHARE Programme and authored several publications. A lateral thinker, Solvita’s idea and subsequent presentation won Nexia Australia’s National Innovation Olympics (2014) which lead to Nexia Perth adopting the CELEMI simulation-based action learning program.
