Professional experience
Surein has experience in law firms and both medium and Big 4 accounting firms working in corporate and international tax. His clientele includes governmental bodies, significant global entities, multinational enterprises, ASX listed companies, private companies, high net worth individuals and trusts.
Surein has specialised in tax structuring and has experience in relation to share and asset acquisitions, transfer pricing, CbC reporting, capital gains tax rollover relief, tax consolidation, the utilisation of carried forward tax losses and repatriation of profits.
Surein has also completed his Masters of Laws (Tax) from the University of Sydney with a distinction average.
