Richard has over 15 years of experience in both “Big 4” and second tier firms where he has gained specialised knowledge in auditing, financial reporting, risk assessment, and the review and design of internal controls.

Richard has been able to use his experience in professional services in China and Australia to provide specialised advice to international and local clients. As the leader of the Asian Advisory Service, Richard liaises with other Nexia offices in Australia and New Zealand, as well as Nexia International firms in China and the Asian region.

These combined resources are able to provide high quality assurance and advisory services to Chinese and other Asian companies with operations in Australia, as well as to Australian companies with operations in the region.

Richard leads a team of dedicated professionals, providing audit and assurance services to listed companies, large private companies, and emerging businesses across a wide range of industries, with a focus on providing efficiency and cost effective audit services.

In addition, Richard is able to communicate technical advice in both English and Chinese. This ensures that it is understood by all stakeholders and assists clients with developing networks for conducting business in the region.

Kristina is an executive leader with over 15 years diverse experience spanning across business operations, IT, HR, finance, property, project delivery, governance and board-level support. She has led many senior level projects, overseen business risk management, worked with boards, managed business operations and led high performing teams. Her key responsibilities at Nexia currently include overseeing the firm’s operations, streamlining management and creating efficiencies.

Nathan is Nexia New Zealand’s Audit Director and has over 9 years audit and advisory experience, previously working for a global accountancy firm.

During this time, Nathan has audited a significant number of diverse entities ranging in size from start-ups to established multi-national regulated companies, both locally and internationally. His international experience includes (but not limited to) working with companies in Europe, New Zealand, Australia, US and China. 

Nathan is pragmatic and enjoys working closely with his clients to support them to achieve their strategy. He has an in depth understanding of best practice controls and processes and a detailed knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and international public sector accounting standards (IPSAS).

Nathan’s experience ensures that his approach and advice is scaled and tailored to his client’s needs.
